new

$sigaction = POSIX::SigAction->new(sigsub, sigset, flags)

Constructor. Creates a new POSIX::SigAction object. Takes the following arguments:

sigsub

The fully qualified name of a signal-handler subroutine.

sigset

A POSIX::SigSet object.

flags

The sa_flags.
