Set PVM_ROOT and PVM_ARCH in your .cshrc file

Build PVM for each architecture type

Create a .rhosts file on each host listing all the hosts you wish to use

Create a $HOME/.xpvm_hosts file listing all the hosts you wish to use prepended by an ``&''.
